Dan Stoffel
Dan was born and raised in Galesburg, IL. After attending the University of Michigan and the University of Illinois, from where he graduated in 1987, Dan worked at the U of I in student activities for several years before moving to Los Angeles to work for the College Bowl game show. He returned to the U of I for several years in the mid-90's, then moved to Flagstaff in 1998 where he has lived ever since. Dan moved to Kachina Village in 2003, where he lives with his beautiful wife and a variety of pets. He has worked at Northern Arizona University for 26 years and earned his Masters in Educational Technology in 2008. He currently serves as ITS Assistant Director for Teaching and Learning Technology Services. In his free time, Dan enjoys biking, hiking, reading, movies, pickleball, tennis, and travel. Dan was appointed to the Highlands Fire District Board of Directors in November, 2023.
